Q: Who are eligible to do business with VIFAH Wholesale? A: Generally contractors, dropshippers, retailers, distributors, and institutions are eligible to do business with us. You must provide us a resale license/state tax identification or be a 501 C non-profit organization. If you do not have a resale license, we may have to charge you sales tax on your order.
Q: I am not a dealer. I want to purchase for my home. Can I buy from VIFAH Wholesale? A: Our store is exclusively for dealers, businesses, and trade professionals. We do not sell to the public. Please contact us for a list of our dealers in your local areas. Q: Does VIFAH Wholesale have a Drop Ship Program? A: Yes, we do offer a strong Drop Ship Program. Please contact us for further information. Q: How do I register? A: You may register at any time. Please send us your Trade Application, which you can find on the top of the page. Q: How do I order? A: To place an order, you must be an approved account. After completing the registration process, you may log in using your password to place an order. Ordering is easy. Go to each item, and click "Add To Cart". Click "Checkout" and follow the instructions to complete your order. Q: How do I pay? A: We offer several payment options: (1) Purchase Order: This requires a credit application, (2) Cash in advance: We accept certified checks and bank wire transfers, (3) Credit: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and (4) Paypal. Q: How is the product shipped? A: We offer three shipping options: (1) Via our own carriers, shipping costs may vary due to items being shipped and shipping carriers may vary due to the delivery locations, (2) We also offer customer routing (you provide us your own carrier, be responsible for all freight charges, and pick up the pallets at our warehouse). For customer routing, we will contact your traffic department to arrange delivery, (3) We also offer local pickup with notification 24 hours in advance. Q: How can I view the status of my order A: Go to Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Product availability will be confirmed upon receipt of order. Generally your order will be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of full payment. Q: Is VIFAH material environmentally responsible? A: Yes. All of our material is plantation-grown, recyclable, or under protection of a government agency that oversees the harvesting of the raw materials. Q: What's involved in assembly of your furniture? A: While most of our furniture arrives fully assembled, some of them will be delivered in a few partially assembled components. Following the clear instructions and diagrams, most pieces can be put together in less than 15 minutes using included hex nut wrench and sometimes a screwdriver.
